Delivery & Returns

Free delivery on all bikes to UK mainland addresses. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.

Bikes travel on a two-person courier service and typically arrive within 2–4 working days. You will receive tracking and a delivery window by email and text.

Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland: delivery is £29.95 and takes 3–7 working days. Batteries cannot be shipped outside the UK.

Check the box for transit damage before signing. If the packaging is badly damaged, note it with the driver and photograph it.

Bikes arrive around 90% assembled. Fit the front wheel, handlebars and pedals with the supplied tools, and fully charge the battery before the first ride.

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you would like to return an unused bike, and a further 14 days to send it back.

Bikes must be returned unridden, in the original packaging, with all accessories. We can arrange collection for £49.95, or you can arrange your own courier.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the bike arriving back and passing inspection.

Every bike carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear items — tyres, brake pads, grips, cables — are not covered.

Email us with your order number, a description of the fault and a short video or photos. Most issues are resolved by sending a replacement part with fitting instructions.
